1. Scope
These terms apply to every sign-up for a course or package from Taxipasje.nl.
2. Sign-up and payment
Your sign-up is final once we have confirmed your start date together. Payment follows the arrangements in the confirmation.
3. Rescheduling or cancelling lessons
You can reschedule a practical lesson free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that we may charge for the lesson.
4. Exams
We prepare you as well as we can, but cannot guarantee that you pass. Exams are held by an independent examination body.
5. Complaints
